Master Plan Renovation

In December 2010 the Carmichael Recreation and Park District (CRPD) approved the Carmichael Dog Park Proposed Renovation as part of the District-Wide Master Plan after hosting three community meetings during which CRPD staff heard public input regarding renovation and improvements at the dog park. The resulting Proposed Dog Park Renovation includes upgrading the infrastructure, adding trails, seating, shade, new fencing, and enlarging the small dog park.

The Carmichael Canine Corral has agreed to raise half of the funds required for implementation of the Proposed Renovation. Our goal is to raise $125,000.

 

How can we raise this money?  Specific fund-raising activities have been selected.  Master Plan Donations  and Memorial Bricks are 2 ways we have chosen.  Click on the above highlighted words for details and to participate via the website.

 

  • You can also mail check or money order made out to CRPD Foundation to P.O. Box 1603, Carmichael, CA 95609.   
  • You may use the Iron Ranger Box near the entrance to the dog park/Canine Corral for checks or cash. Please enclose cash in an envelope marked CRPD Foundation, and specify your donation is for Renovations.
